Educational System
The School is affiliated to the Central Board of Secondary Education (New Delhi) which is one of the two recognized and approved All India Boards of Secondary Education. The Board administers two public examinations :-
- Secondary School Examination at the end of Standard X as per the Continuous and Comprehensive Evaluation introduced by the CBSE.
- The All India Senior Secondary School Certificate Examination at the end of Standard XII. Both the examinations are held in March.
The School has implemented as per the latest CBSE directive. This is a curricular initiative attempting to shift emphasis from testing to holistic learning. This system consists of two types of assessments which are Formative and Summative.
Course of Study
The medium of instruction is English. The subjects taught are :-

CCA is an integral part of our students' holistic education.
Through CCA, students discover their interests and talents while developing
values and competencies that will prepare them for a rapidly changing world.
With the current shift in paradigm from score-based learning to
competency-based learning we at Army Public School Kamptee aim to horn the
competency and skills in our students in order to make them ready for all kinds

Physical activity has undeniable benefits for childhood brain health, including improved academic performance, memory, and reduced depression symptoms.
For many students, physical education classes play a critical role in getting active and establishing healthy routines. But when schools closed last spring, these classes became some of the most difficult to adapt to an online setting. Space, weather, social distancing, and other constraints continue to limit what physical education teachers can do in-person and with students learning from home. However APS KAMPTEE believed in 'Where there is a will there is a way'. The school conducted regular HPE classes through online platform.
