The priorities for admission will be as under:
A) Children of serving Army personnel (including DSC) children of Army Widows and children of those TA personnel who have minimum of 10 years of embodied service.
B) Children of Army Ex- servicemen, DSC per Retd. With pension from DSC.
C) Children of serving Air Force and Naval personnel.
D) Children of Retired Air Force and Air personnel.
E) Children of ex Army personnel who left army with less than 10 years of service and not come under category of ex servicemen.
F) Children of civilians paid out of Defence estimates Para Military Forces including Coast Guards, MES, GREF, TA (when not embodied)
G) Grand children of serving/ retired Army personnel.
Admission is strictly on merit and the procedure is as follows :
Registration – Parents have to deposit the Registration for, available with the prospectus, duly filled, with required fees, to the School Office and set date for Entrance Test.
A). Students seeking admission from Non Army Public Schools will have to appear for an entrance test. The admission test will be held in the subjects : English, Hindi, Maths for admission to classes II to V and English, Hindi, Maths and Science form VI to X.
B). The syllabus of these tests will be as per the prescribed CBSE syllabus of the class previous to the one in which admission is sought.
C). After a student qualifies in the Entrance Test, the parents will have to deposit the Admission Form , duly Filled, to the School Office.
D). The following documents are then to be submitted to the School office along with the Admission Form:
1. Transfer Certificate from the previous school duly counter signed by District Education Officer.
2. Attested copy of the Progress Report card of the previous class,
3. In case of Defence Personnel – Service certificate of the parents with family particulars.
4. For Class I Applications :
A Xerox copy of the Birth Certificate (The child should have completed 5 years of age on 31 March of the year in which admission is sought).
